Welcome to txrighteous.com (hereinafter, “the Site”), operated by Tx Righteous (hereinafter, “we,” “us,” or “the company”), a home remodeling company based in San Antonio, Texas. These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and the services we offer through it, including our appointment scheduling tool. You agree that all information provided when scheduling an appointment is truthful and accurate.

- Cancellations and Rescheduling: Currently, Tx Righteous does not have an automated cancellation or rescheduling policy through the Site. - No Guarantee of Availability: While we strive to keep our calendar updated, appointment availability is subject to change. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee confirmation until you receive explicit notification from us.

All content present on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Tx Righteous or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
