These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Site and the services we offer through it, including our appointment scheduling tool. • Purpose of the Scheduler: The scheduling tool on our Site allows you to book appointments with Tx Righteous for remodeling consultations or services.

You agree that all information provided when scheduling an appointment is truthful and accurate.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling: Currently, Tx Righteous does not have an automated cancellation or rescheduling policy through the Site. • No Guarantee of Availability: While we strive to keep our calendar updated, appointment availability is subject to change. Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee confirmation until you receive explicit notification from us.
